Once you've earned enough points, the most convenient one step redemption is to simply select a discount from the dropdown menu at checkout.
You also have the option to create a discount code on your account page under Rewards > Redeem Now. Once created, you will be able to view your discount code under Rewards > My Rewards.
Yes, the minimum order amount to redeem rewards points is $150 in eligible products.
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you used points to make the purchase and then return the item, the points you redeemed will be credited back to your account and will retain their original earning date. This means that their expiration date will be the same as it was before they were used.
Yes, your rewards points expire 12 months after the date earned.
If you used rewards points on a refunded purchase, the redeemed points will be reimbursed to your account and will retain their original earning date. This means their expiration date will remain unchanged from before they were used.
