Returns & Exchanges



You can edit or cancel an order within 12 hours, if it has not yet shipped. Simply contact


Returns must be requested within 10 days after receiving the final item(s) in your order. This policy corresponds to all domestic returns. 

We provide two options for refunds: to your original form of payment (i.e. credit card or PayPal) or store credit.

  • If you choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, there is a fee of $9.99 per shipment for returns. Please wait to request a return until you receive all the items in your order, and please request all returns for your order at one time, to avoid being charged the $9.99 fee more than once.
  • If you choose store credit, we will waive the $9.99 fee so your return will be completely free, and you'll receive an e-gift card for the full amount of your return, for your next order.

Please ensure that all returns are in their original condition. Merchandise should be clean (free of deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), unworn, and unwashed. All tags must remain attached.

Damaged or defective returns will not be accepted. Please make sure to alert us before you return a damaged product.

If your merchandise is not returned in its original condition, we will send it back to you, and you will not be refunded.

Please note that sale items and accessories (Shoes, Jewelry, Scarves, etc.) cannot be returned.

All international orders under $99 are charged a $14.99 shipping fee. There are no return labels provided for international returns. There is no fee charged for international returns.

Refund and Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

How to Return:

1. Wait until you've received all items in your order, and have decided which ones you are keeping and which ones you want to return.

2. Find your order by filling in your order number and email address at the top of the Returns page. (If you have an account, you can also use your Email Address and Password to log in to your account, then click on Account and review Past Orders, then click on Order number.)

2. Select the item(s) you want to return.

3. Choose Return Reason for each item and click RETURN SELECTED ITEMS.

4. Choose Option: Refund or Store Credit.

5. Print your FedEx Return Label and affix it to your original package. Drop the package at your nearest FedEx Ground location, which can be found here. Note: your shipping label is for FedEx Ground only.

Please note: Dropping your package at a FedEx Express drop box may cause delays in service and additional fees. FedEx offers a pickup feature - if you choose to use this feature, there is an additional fee of $8 per shipment.

6. You're done! Once we receive your return, our customer service team will process it within 7 business days. 

You no longer need an RA number – you can ship your returns as soon as you fill out the form above and receive your return label.


Paying with E-Gift Cards

If you pay for your order with an e-gift card and an additional form of payment, you will be refunded to your gift card before your other form of payment. If the refund amount is less than your gift card total, please select store credit to avoid a return fee.
