Loved but needs to be adjustable

I loved this dress and wanted to keep it so badly. It does not have adjustable straps so that was a dealbreaker for me. The XS fit me perfectly but i could see myself growing out of it in the next few years or if i had kids. Felt like the straps might break with more than a few wears too
