Not meant for small chests!

Fabric is lovely quality and not see-through. The silhouette of the dress is gorgeous and perfect length for my 5'1" self. It's a shift dress so I expected it to be fairly loose and the torso/skirt was perfect, but I'm a 34B and the top of the dress was HUGE on me. Really odd proportions that I've never seen before, almost as if the top measurements are made for a totally different sized dress than the bottom? Even if I had taken in the shoulder seams several inches it would have been gaping on the sides under the arms, so I'm sadly returning.
