Cute but too big

Love the style but the smocked part was actually way too big on me. It wasn’t tight enough to be fitted on that portion of the dress which made it look strange.

I first bought this in black because the cobalt was sold out and I fell in love immediately. It is The best summer dress to throw on for errands, dinner, anything!!! It has Pockets!!! After a year of having just black, I kept looking at the cobalt and I’ve been trying to add more color to my wardrobe and the color is stunning!!!
