Beautiful but runs big

I found this to be a high quality item but would warn that it runs big. I’m 5’7” 140-145lbs 32D and was surprised by how much the material is sagging in the back with a size medium (based on the measurements provided in the size chart). Unfortunately by the time I received this item the size small was sold out, but I like it enough that I will bring it to try to have it tailored. Only other warning is that the slits travel all the way to the waistline and while the panels keep you covered while walking I can imagine with dancing or climbing stairs it may be revealing.
